How
to Apply:
- Submit the application on the latest prescribed Application Form, which can be found on the University of Jhang website. Clearly indicate the post you are applying for.
- Along with the application form, submit the processing fee according to the following table. The fee is non-refundable, and applications without the fee will not be considered.
- BS -18 to BS-20: Rs. 2000/-
- BS-17: Rs. 1500/-
- BS-06 to BS-16: Rs. 1000/-
- BS-01 to BS-05: Rs. 500/-
- If you have previously applied for positions advertised on specific dates, you must apply again with updated credentials and certificates. There is no need to submit the processing fee again, but provide proof of the previously submitted Demand Draft.
- Prepare one complete set of the application with all required documents, including copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, recent photograph, updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), and other relevant documents. All documents should be attested, and the Job Application form should be complete. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- Attach experience certificates issued by the Competent Authority, where applicable. Failure to provide experience certificates will not give you an advantage in the selection process.
- If you are applying for multiple posts, submit separate application forms with the necessary documents for each post.
- If you have a foreign degree, provide an Equivalence certificate from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad within the specified time.
- If you have any foreign degrees or certificates transcribed in a language other than English, provide an English translation from a recognized institute within the specified time.
- Distinction marks can only be granted upon the provision of an authentic document issued by the Controller of Examinations within the specified time.
- Your eligibility will be considered up until the closing date for applications.
- Quotas for women, disability, and minorities will be observed as per the Government of Punjab's directions, subject to the availability of posts. If there are no matured seats under the quota, those applications will be considered under open merit.
- Make sure you meet the minimum and maximum age limits by the closing date for application submission. Age relaxation, as per the policy of the Government of Punjab, will be applicable for initial recruitment.
- Any deficiency, concealment, or misrepresentation of facts by a candidate at any stage will lead to disqualification.
- Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. Shortlisting will be done according to the University's procedure.
- Please note that the University is not responsible for any delays or issues with receiving hard dossiers, copies, or call letters for the test/interview, due to courier or post office service lapses.
- No TA/DA will be provided.
- The University reserves the right to not fill any post, withhold appointments, and increase or decrease the number of seats as necessary.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be accepted.
- The closing date for submission of job applications, along with all relevant documents, is 09-08-2023 within office hours, i.e., 04:00 PM.
- The recruitment process will be conducted according to the University of Jhang's Recruitment Policy 2021.
- Make sure all the documents you provide are valid. Invalid or ambiguous documents will not be accepted.
- If you are currently employed in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies, apply through the proper channels and attach a NOC (No Objection Certificate).
- The University may conduct any necessary tests/screening to shortlist candidates.
